Cancellation Policy

CLIFF NOTES

24 hours notice = no charge
less than 24 hours = half charge
less than 4 hours = full charge
late policy = we both get 15 minutes grace
before having to make up for it.

FULL POLICY

I am sure you can understand that the closer it gets to your scheduled time the less likely I can rebook the time I have reserved and held just for you and may likely have said no to another client.

CANCEL
More than 24 hours notice. There is no charge.
24 - 4 hours notice the cancellation rate is half of your scheduled rate.
4 hours or less and the cancellation rate is the same as your scheduled appointment.

LATE
This is how I like to do it - we both get a 15 minute grace.  I do my best to stay on schedule and take into account traffic and parking but on the rare occasion I would be more than 15 minutes late, you will get equal time added to your session (or credited to a future session). So - if I am 30 minutes late, 15 minutes is our agreed upon "grace" and the other 15 minutes you will get in credit.
On the other hand, if you are more than 15 minutes late your session will be shortened or you can add time at $25 per 15 minutes. For example if you are 30 minutes late your originally scheduled session will be shortened by 15 minutes or you can keep the original session length by adding $25 to your original rate.
